Had to replace the driver side heated mirror on a 21 Nissan Murano. I was very skeptical due to the price difference from this mirror with others online and also from the dealership. When we open the box, the mirror looked almost identical. However, the factory mirror had two metal clips that were going to nothing and this new me did not. This mirror snapped right in place the heating element worked and everything works just fine. I am very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this mirror to my friends and family.

Hi Amberly, I'm glad to assist you. Yes, this is moderately easy to install if you have experience in installing this kind of part before. This mirror has a backing plate at the back and it snaps in place to the base bracket of the mirror motor assembly. You can put a small amount of loctite or adhesive at the back of the mirror plate before pushing the mirror carefully towards the center base mount of the motor inside the housing. Use a soft cloth to hold the mirror while pushing the mirror glass to snap in place to the motor base bracket.
