I recently purchased this mirror but had the misfortune to deal with 2 of them arriving with hairline fractures in the mirror glass. The reason I still rate this mirror as 5 stars are the following:
The experience with customer support was absolutely amazing both times.
Replacements were quickly shipped to me after which I returned the original 2 units. The installation of the mirror was very easy and the mirror mechanisms seem to be better made than the oem part.
The mirror worked great out of the box, correcting the issues I had been having with my original folding mirror either not folding or trying to keep folding after being fully retracted.
Given the companies level of support to handle any issues encountered, I whole heartedly recommend them to anyone needing good parts for good prices!
