Hi,
Yes, you can, if the plug is the same. On the left side of the product image, there are small pictures. Click the down arrow so you can see the image of the connector. If they are the same, it will be fine, but it will not have the heating element. If you want heated mirrors, you'd have to install the heated mirror relay, then find a way to get power running to it.

Hello Michael-
You can transfer the mirror glass, but it will void the warranty. This is a textured finish mirror assembly and does not require any paint. If you need a painted mirror we recommend getting a paintable one so you can bring it to a shop to match the exact color that you need.
