I received the part and installed it and it worked without any problems. Was able to install it without removing the door panel using a small socket and ratchet for the third bolt. You need to be careful not to drop the screw.

Hi Braden,
This is a powered mirror. There is no included remote switch or manual switch for this. You will be able to control the mirror glass(up and down, left and right) with the mirror switch from the side of your dashboard(or door panel depending on your vehicle application).
