I would guess that if your truck wasn't originally equipped with mirrors that had a turn signal that they will not work. These mirrors also have power motors to adjust from a toggle switch on the driver armrest, if you don't have that switch I would think that the plug isn't going to work on your truck at all. There are also two models of this style of sideview mirror that look similar, but have different "flanges" (the part going against the door panel) and the three bolts are spaced differently between the two and are NOT interchangeable on a vehicle equipped for one of them. Personally, I would not try to switch out between different mirror styles unless you are only switching out between the same mirror style with the chrome back versus the black paintable back. I just don't think it will fit or work as I know on my 2001 F-150 Supercab it will only accept one of the two styles that are available. Good Luck

The mirror assembly plugged into the factory wiring. I had to make no modifications.
