Just replaced my OEM 2016 F150 XLT driver mirror with BLIS, manual fold with this mirror (with power fold as it was a lot cheaper than exact fit manual fold BLIS model). Easy to do and BLIS/ turn signal work. Less than half the price of the Ford OEM part and looks identical.

2015 f-150 XTR 4x4 here. Fits and works almost perfectly. There was one less pin on the connector than the original, but doesn't seem to make a difference. One less star because the mirror shakes a little from road vibration, whereas the original passenger side does not.

It seems ok except it does not fold in like the old one? I have no idea why, but the defroster seems to work and I think the sensor light works
So about 80% great and 20 % not so great!

Hi Peter, I'm glad to assist you. The mirror does not require programming. It seems you ordered a mirror assembly with some features or functions that your original mirror does not have. Please check the OEM features/functions of your truck's mirror in the owner's manual of your truck. You will also need the mirror with a temperature sensor, as you noted. This mirror does not have a temperature sensor. All the features should match with the original mirror you have.
