I needed a new mirror the whole assembly. My mistake was going to Ford dealership. My brother said why didn't you order from <a href="http://carparts.com?" target="_blank">carparts.com?</a> He sent me the link ordered said part and was happy with part. Now I'm stuck with "special order" part that Ford won't refund me for.

The driver side mirror I bought for my 2008 Mercury Mariner was a perfect fit and the part appears durable. It was a bargain and worth buying for. The delivery was delayed but was given a $ 5.00 credit and a humble apology for its occurrence, an excellent gesture to receive from a company who tries to maintain its good name and reputation for excellent service.
