Not hard at all. There will be a video on U tube to help. Essentially there is a small panel that comes off inside the mirror (no need to disassemble door). Undo 3 bolts unplug electric, pull mirror off. Replace with new mirror, screw in bolts, plug in electric and snap cover back on.

Super easy. YouTube has a few videos. Pretty sure it’s 5 screws that hold the door pane and then 2 or 3 for the mirror.
