These mirrors look great once installed, and really improve safety when driving my Motorhome, but the are NOT direct fit. Existing mounting plate on the E-350 cab must be modified for the larger and longer mounting post on the mirror, and spacers then have to be used to tighten the mirror against the plate on the inside. Mounting bolts were not included as shown in pictures.

The new mirrors look great installed, and make a huge difference with being able to see into the blind spots with my RV. But these are in no-way "direct fit" for my 1994 E-350 cab. You will have to enlarge the bottom mounting bolt hole, and drill two new holes for the others, The only bolt that lines up with the existing mounting plate is the top one. The mounting post on the mirror are to long, and I had to use spacers on the inside so the bolts would tighten against the door post and not leave the mirror hanging loose. And the mounting bolts are not included as shown in the pictures.
