This was an exact replacement for 2019 Explorer that had broken motor in the mirror. Cheaper to replace the whole thing with this than just the part from Ford. It took me about 10 minutes to swap it out and the front cover pops off allowing me to use the original blue cover and saving me from having to get the new black one color matched at a shop. The only issue I have is that the vehicle is now throwing a blind spot error code but when driving the mirror blind spot works as it should.
