No, there are different types of mirrors Ford installed on the 1999 F-150. There are the manual or power, heated or non-heated, with or without auto-dimming, with or without turn signals, with or without puddle lights, with or without memory, with different types of housing. In buying one, you have to know what's installed on the truck for it to match the plug-in connectors.
