Hi Ryan, I'm glad to assist you. Yes. It is guaranteed to fit. But one important thing to check is the production date on the sticker on the driver-side door jamb. The fitment info says "built before 2/11/02 production date." If your truck's production date is before that mentioned date, it is 100% compatible.
