Hi Ralph, I'm pleased to assist you. Yes. it will still fit and work even if you have a non-heated mirror. But, the heating element will not function. If you want to make the mirror heated, you will have to have the wiring done to turn them on and put them on a switch, which is really not that big of a problem.
