I installed only one of these, the passenger side is still stock. When you start going fast on a highway, the mirror clearly vibrates/shakes making it harder to see with than a stocket mirror. That being said, this option is vastly cheaper.

Hi Joyce,
This is the whole assembly with the housing and mirror glass. It fits Honda CR-V Touring from 2012-2014. It comes in black and we suggest having it painted locally to match the existing color of your vehicle.

Do you mean the separate mirror cap that goes at the back of the mirror? Yes, you can definitely use that.
