Hi. I was very pleased with the communication and the item ordered and received. However, I was disappointed to see the condition of the box when the item arrived. The box was ripped and open in some places and the protective packing around the mirror was minimal and almost not existent. I was surprised that the mirror was not scratched or cracked after seeing the box. I would recommend bubble wrap or better packing inserts that protect the merchandise. Unfortunately, my husband threw away the box before I had a chance to take pictures of it to include them. Other than that the product and shipping communication and timing was great. Thanks and good luck with your business.

Competitive price and in stock for on time delivery. Best surprise was was finding that the paintable black color panel was separate in the box so I didn’t have to remove it to install my silver panel which survived my ‘incident’. Of course if I had needed to paint it; it was ready to go. Very thoughtful, guys, thanks. The only challenge remains figuring out how to access the hidden menu to aim the LaneWatch camera. Your instructions may work for 2016 Civic or CR-V, but not for my 2016 HR-V. YouTube videos don’t include HR-Vs either. Hopefully our local Honda dealer won’t charge me for the access info.
