Electrical housing connection was minutely different from the original mirror and couldn't be fit to the hosing in the door. Had to manually replace the mirror's housing with the Honda original from the broken mirror to get it to work (~16 wires to match up). Once installed the automatic downward tilt of the mirror that's performed when the car is in reverse tilts the mirror too far downward showing you the ground making the mirror unusable in reverse (when you need it most). Everything else fit and works correctly so that was a relief and saved me big $$$s over a Honda part.
