Question: I have a white 2017 Santa Fe Sport 2.0 T ultimate. Coming out of my garage I clipped the driver side mirror. The inner black plastic broke in the corner. My mirror and white exterior are fine. Is it possible to the broken black plastic inner piece and continue to use my mirror?Alan K. / Apr 27, 2021

Answered by Aldrin P. / Tue, Apr 27The good news is yes you can just replace the inner black broken piece, but the electronics are built into it to it. And Note: if you have the "lane change" sensor in the mirror, this one you are looking at from "carparts" does not have it in their mirror and the electrical connector is different in your Hyundai. So you can put the mirror on but the remote mirror adjustment won't wirk and neither will the sensor. I found that out the hard way. I had to get the body shop to order new mirror unit from Hyundai and it is much more expensive.
