Replacement was not too difficult. The one drawback we had was the corner at the front of the vehicle stuck out a little from the rubber gasket on the door. Tried removing the nuts and adjusting but it would pull away from that front edge again when I tightened down the other two nuts. I ended up putting a bead of clear silicon on to fill the gap. Hopefully it holds up and doesn't allow water to enter.

Does fit the vehicle but the wiring connector is not correct for the 2015 jeep cherokee, so it won't work with the heater or motor.
