I was very happy with the side mirror very nice mirror and very easy to install it took me like 7 minutes to do plugs were perfect now I want to get one for the Dr side to match better then factory tks again

This mirror was about 4x cheaper than any others I found online. I expected it might be garbage. I don't know about its long term durability, but I can say that it seemed like it was made well. It perfectly matched my original and was super easy to change out. It's sleek black plastic so I think I will leave it be as it looks pretty good. The motor on the mirror moved it swiftly and precisely. It didn't make that horrible whining sound the old mirror motors made. As for another review that mentioned vibrating, I haven't seen that problem so far though its only been a few days. I will probably buy another for my passenger mirror so they match.

The process of ordering, returning and getting a replacement part was fairly smooth. The first driver side power glass unit was defective in that the glass mirror was loose and vibrated so much that the reflected image was not viewable at all. In attempting to return the unit online a problem came up and I called the toll-free phone number for help. I was able to return the defective part and a replacement unit was shipped to me promptly which I have received and installed. My issue at present is that the replacement unit also has a shaky vibration element to it that is not as bad or noticeable as in the first unit, but the blurriness of the reflected image in the vibrating glass mirror makes it a far less quality replacement than the original equipment manufacturer driver side mirror unit that it replaces. This is unfortunate all the more due to the fact that I had replaced the passenger side power glass unit just prior to this purchase which was perfectly fine and has had no vibration problems. I purchased the driver side power glass unit secondarily only to match the passenger side for color. I'll keep this after-market unit (Driver side, Power Glass Unit). However, I am not really hopeful that it will hold up for very long. I suspect that another replacement would not be any better....

I've replaced both side mirrors an wife's Kia, never saw just a motor for sale, at the bargain price from car parts, it's only 3 screws and quick connect wires to replace whole assembly. Maybe auto wrecker yard can assist?.
