Hi Kia, I'm glad to help you out. Yes. This part is guaranteed to fit the 2015 Kia Optima Hybrid EX 4 Cyl 2.4L. A heated mirror can replace a non-heated mirror, although you will have to have the wiring done to turn them on and put them on a switch, which is really not that big of a problem. Question: If I have a 2015 Kia Optima EX with a driver side mirror that has heated and power folding, can I replace it with a model that has all of the above features AND blind spot protection? Or will the harness for the mirror with blind spot protection not work with my existing harness due to not currently having blind spot protection?Javier A. / Apr 28, 2021
