I purchased the site recommended guaranteed to fit mirror. When it came, two days late, the screws did not fit. Part returned and a second ordered. This time the part broke when I attempted to install it and found the connections were not correct. Part returned again. Double-checked pictures to verify connections were the same as on my car and ordered a third time. Part came, connections that showed in pictures were not the same as what was on the part. Each time I called and talked to customer service and was told I needed to talk to a part specialist who then told me I needed to talk to customer service. With frustration mounting I was transferred to Sarah who spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to research the part I needed and was calm and caring during this frustrating time. When the fourth part finally came it fit perfectly. Thank you, Sarah.

Just put this on today and it fit perfectly. Worked as it should, I have 0 complaints! Note* if they are out of stock of the motorized mirror, the heated moto mirror will work as well minus the heat portion obviously. Ask me how I know 😙
