The part arrived in 4 days including the weekend and was in good shape. A YouTube video showed me how to take the door inside panel off and the whole operation took 15 minutes. An other video made me think of a way to remove the dark blue mirror cover off and since the cover on my old, broken mirror was undamaged I was able to put the red one in place. All in all a cheap fix of under $60 for a part that Nissan would have charged $173 for plus labor.
