<a href="http://CarParts.com" target="_blank">CarParts.com</a> provided great service, and for that, I give them five stars. Two things occurred out of their control. 1. The part I ordered was out of stock, but they quickly replaced it with an equal or better part. 2. Shipping took longer than expected, but they kept me constantly informed. The ordering process was easy, but I was surprised when I saw an added "Shipping Guarantee" charge attached - you must check a box somewhere in the order process to avoid it. After the fact, I felt it was an added charge that was not needed. Overall, the ordering, parts, and customer service is top-notch.
