The original order was lost, when it was reordered it was $5 more which was refunded, but it was an issue that had to be addressed but the product is great and installation was easy..

As Aldrin says... I bought the same mirror about 11 months ago and use the power button to manipulate it all of the time. ;-)

To fully fold mirror housing in or out is manual. Once unfolded, adjusting mirror is powered,electronic control.

Hi Debbie, I'm pleased to assist you. Check the VIN number. The first digit of the VIN number indicates where the car was built. A "J" as the first digit means the car was built in Japan.
