This replacement part fit exactly and is easy to install.
I would recommend while removing the bottom screw to use caution not to drop it accidentally into the door panel. I would also recommend the manufacturer provide 3 extra replacement screws required to attach the side view mirror as it is possible or likely the bottom screw can/will fall into the door panel.
