Mirror came faster than expected. Packaged and shipped well, no damage of any kind. No issues with ordering or shipping so no need to use customer service. Item was almost identical to original mirror (bottom plastic black and no cover over one indicator light like original). Liked the rubber gasket on attachment point. Description of product when trying to find correct item on site was only issue, but after looking at all the other options available this one turned out to be correct one. No instructions for installation but just did reverse of removal of broken mirror. Fit perfectly. Very good quality.
