I ordered a right rearview mirror for my 2012 Highlander Hybrid. The mirror assembly (Kool View) mounts with 3 10mm studs. One of the studs was 1-2mm out of place vs. factory part. I used a small circular file to expand the mounting hole a little, and got it in. Electrical connector worked fine. Mirror works well and looks good. Be aware, although this part has the same configuration as factory original, the tabs which hold the (painted) cover cowl are not in the same place. Thus, although it looked like I could reuse the painted cowl from the original part, this was not possible.
As far as ordering process, estimated arrival time listed when I ordered this "in stock" item was early by a couple of days. I received notification that item had shipped a full 2 days before FedEx listed anything other than "shipping number printed". Frustratingly, even after FedEx tracker showed that item was actually on its way, arrival date was still wrong, at one time showing the estimated date of delivery to be the day before.
I think next time, I'll look harder for factory parts.

Very pleased with mirror. It is of equal quality to original. I found a youtube video on how to replace it. Not that difficult if you're moderately handy. Of significance is that it comes with a black cover that snaps on. You can leave it black, or paint it yourself, or have a body shop paint it for you. I went to Toyota and bought a cover of the correct color. It snapped directly on, exactly. All the attachment points are exactly like stock Toyota. I saved about $350 doing this myself.
