I'm satisfied with the overall quality of this passenger side rear view mirror, the fit is correct and it was easy to install. However the manual folding feature takes some effort to work. The customer service was great.

Answered by Jeonino E. / Sun, Jun 06Everything was complete in the order. It matched the color perfectly and did not require painting. The only issue I had was that the electrical connector did not match the vehicle. I had to use the connector from the old part and splice it to the new unit.

Answered by John P. / Sun, Jun 06It’s a covered set with mirror. In my case, for my 2010 Rav 4 Base, the harness block was incompatible with the harness block half attached to my car. It was otherwise very well made.

Answered by Arnel E. / Mon, Sep 27Hi. I have a 2011 Toyota RAV4 and replaced the passenger side rear view mirror. 2 minor problems with the part I bought from these folks. (1) The plug on the new part may not be compatible with the old one. If so, just take the part from the old one (if you still have it). (2) Old mirror would fold down against the car body, new one does not. Other than that, new part was good: good company to work with.
