Easy to install, good quality. Saved hundreds by installing myself vs having dealer or shop do it with OEM part. Make sure you order the right mirror part number for your specific version of RAV4. The mirror doesn't come with installation instructions but there a plenty of videos to take you through the easy installation process

The power folding mirrors are activated by the button inside which is available for models that are equip with the said feature. This mirror replaces the same type of mirror with same features.

Yes, you can detach the cap of this mirror and reuse the original painted cap of the old mirror.
