Hi, The differences varies. The size maybe a bit bigger, shape could be different or mounting studs to hold the mirror in place might slightly be a different thread size. If your VIN number starts with the letter J, your car is japan built. But if your VIN number starts from 1,2,4 and 5, your vehicle is US built.
