Answered by Aldrin P. / Sat, Sep 11Hi Mary. If your Avalon has remote control side mirrors, make sure that the replacement part is also for remote control use. This part is for an Avalon WITHOUT the navigation system, so if you do have navigation you need a different part. Also remember that you will have to take the part to an auto body painter to get an exact color match as the part comes in black plastic. About a 10-15 minute job to remove old mirror and replace with new mirror. Painting cost me about $60 and removal/replacement another $50. Now that I've seen it removed/replaced I'd look for a U-Tube video to do it again.
