The nerf bars arrived quickly and all necessary parts were included. When ordering a J.C. Whitney customer service representative was able to answer the pertinent questions concerning fit and installation. The J. C. Whitney also had an installation video concerning the installation of the nerf bars that aided in some questions about the nerf bars and the installation process.
