Transmission cooler fit exact dimensions, I’ve been driving with it for over a month now with no issues. Only issue I had was one of the mounting bolt holes was in the wrong place, easy fix with a drill bit. Otherwise, great product.

This cooler is designed to fit 2003-2007 Dodge Ram trucks equipped with the 5.9L Cummins. It will work as a direct replacement on one of those trucks, as long as the truck isn't modified in some way.
