The part was as described,one day earlier than expected. That was a bonus. When you get a brand new part, it is the flaws that are noticeable.
A corner on the screw mount was missing, but did not effect the part being in working condition..ive installed it and happy with the outcome..so thankful

Hi Todd,
As per checking, this is a guaranteed fit for your 2012 Volvo S60 T5 5 Cyl 2.5L. This part comes with a gasket as shown on the 2nd to the top image. This part is a whole and complete unit already(if the diagphram you are referring to is inside this part, it will come with it). This item does not come with installation/mounting hardware. We suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store or the dealership.

The hoses on my car were in very good shape. I did not replace them. However I have had good luck asking the auto parts people if they happen to have hose that has a bigger diameter on one end, like you might need and just cut it to length. Keep that part number handy for future reference.
