Not an exact fit, but close enough to make it work. Looks good enough once installed. You may have to trim off some rubber seal from the bottom to be able to properly get the item to fit like I did. Although this one works, if I had to do it over again, I would likely opt for the next higher option with a more OEM like fit.

Road debris shattered my head light and parking lens on my 1996 S320. Found the replacements on line, the headlight lens arrived in 2 days, the parking lite was out of stock but arrived the following week. GREAT service.
