I paid extra shipping fee to get this part faster. I got an email stating that shipment would be late do to virus, but when I researched this I found that my order was not given to the shipper for at least three days after order date. When It finally arrived it was poorly packaged. There was no tape at all on the bottom of the box. The part looked like it had fell out of the box at least once, if not more than once.
There was also power steering fluid leaking out of it and the box when it was supposed to be a new part. The only good part of this order was that when I requested a return and refund, my money was returned to me in a timely manner.

Question: Hi Can anyone answer , after installing the pump , How soft the steering is . in jeep?Paul / May 08, 2021
Hi Kunjumon, I'm glad to assist you. Once you install the power steering pump, you will be putting the exact or standard amount of power steering oil to the pump reservoir, while randomly moving the steering wheel from left to right so the power steering fluid would circulate to the system of high pressure pipes/hose going to the power steering rack, then, to the low pressure piping/hose and back to the pump with reservoir. Once the power steering reservoir has been filled to the standard, the power steering wheel can now be easily turned to the left and right exactly the same light effort when the vehicle was brand new.
