Hi Anthony, thanks for initiating contact. The "proper" way to replace the radiator support tie bar is to do what the factory does. Some rad supports are bolted in by some manufacturers of cars and trucks. However, if it was welded it was probably designed that way for a reason and should be welded when replaced. Hi David, I'm glad to help you out. As per checking, we only carry the upper tie bar for the Chevy Cobalt and the Pontiac G5 models. We suggest checking the GM dealership directly for the side brackets of the radiator support. I hope this helps. Happy shopping.
