So far, this was a very good experience. I first tried to order the item from the website. When I typed in the engine I needed a radiator for, it came up with a "match," but then said, "Caution, this item is not compatible with the engine you selected." I ended up having to call to order, but after that it came fast, was in good condition and appears to be working fine.
