Purchasing a radiator for a Ford Explorer can be troublesome when asked if your transmission and tow package has certain features that you’re not familiar with. After walking into our two reputable auto parts stores and giving them my vin number they weren’t able to identify which radiator will be the correct one and only referred me back to my Ford dealership to decode it.
Calling CARPARTS.COM was an awesome experience as my service representative was able to take my vin number and gave me the correct radiator needed (I also purchased a warranty package that protects the radiator for a lifetime-unmatched by any other company) Plus the shipping arrived within a week which really help put my vehicle back on the road.
