I purchased a radiator for my friend immediately after his vehicle broke down. After making the purchase, and while waiting for it to arrive, we were both excited once it got there. But after thoroughly inspecting it, we noticed that one of the radiator port(s) was damaged and could not fit properly. I immediately contacted JC Whitney regarding the return precedures and after explaining to them that the part was damaged during delivery process. But to my surprise they immediately shipped me another part, no questions asked. The Service and Phone Reps were Great, they responded in a responsible and honest manner that deserves recognition, not only for doing there jobs, but doing them correctly. The replacement part, shipping was all free and arrival time was shorten, and he was back on the road in no time. Thanks Guys and Gals! Rene.

This was an excellent replacement at an excellent price. Perfect fit and exactly like the original. Only issue was the fittings for the power steering lines were just a hair too short. But, guess what...? the old fittings have nothing wrong with them anyway so I just re-used those.
