It doesn't come with any fittings. I used the ones from my old radiator with no problems.

The image shows the actual radiator you will be getting. This one(P2136 part number) is designed for with the tow package fitment(heavy duty cooling). Another one available is with part number P2257 is designed for with a standard duty cooling(not for the tow package heavy duty cooling). Please click the link below to see the other radiator option.
