The radiator came in no time at all. There was no damage. This is my 2 one. The only thing that I don't like is that the top portion being plastic cracks to easy. I had a hair line crack in the previous one which went out of warranty one month earlier. I tried to fix the other one then it blew a huge hole in the top. Needless to say I took out an extended warranty this time
