Hi Bradley, I'm glad to assist you. We do not carry the main mounting hardware. The hardware we show (screws) is for the license plate light. For us to carefully check and be accurate on the part you need, please provide the complete information of your vehicle (year, make, model, submodel, and engine size). The VIN would be much helpful. Answered by Arnel E. / Thu, Feb 02Yes it does, but you have to cut and modify the bend, it's not bent enough, I also welded in mine on, I cut mine on the bottom edge as it turns,takes a little work but it's fine, good price though
