The pan fit pretty good right out of the box. A few minor tweaks to reshape it around the corners and it's all sized-up. It arrived without damage or even the slightest ding so no body work to be done other than a good sanding. It's heading to paint later this week. I think that the bottom center could use a bracket or two to ensure that it remains solidly in place and in shape so I added these myself- probably being overly concerned but better safe than sorry as I am just not sure what 80 mph of wind resistance catching something like this from the backside will do to it without support.

Answered by Grace G. / Wed, Apr 07I ordered this for my 2018 Sierra Denali as I was forced to remove my rear bumper due to a short garage. It fit perfectly along the top though it flares out at the bottom and does not fit snuggly there as it does at the top. As I did not want to display the rear of my truck without some form of a panel to cover the spare tire and framework, this worked out pretty well for me, so depending just want you want, this may work. I have even added the backup sensors and the stock fitting for the spare tire mechanism

Answered by Arnel E. / Mon, Oct 04Yes, it fits a 2016 (and even though the site states that it does not fit newer models, it does fit 2017 & 2018 models also as I have installed this pan on my 2018 Denali Ultimate). Please note that depending how the truck's spare tire is mounted below the box, some cutting of the pan may be required to clearance the spare tire.
