The parts arrived in great condition in the original manufactures packaging with all necessary parts. It did take four days to arrive instead of two like the website originally told me, but I thought it was still quick shipping for heavy parts. Note that these are not eligible for free shipping through the Carparts membership plus program. Easy to install with. no issues. I watched a dozen YouTube videos on how to install these on my 2016 Chevy Tahoe. My recommendation is to tighten everything again once you have the car off the Jacks and its natural weight is compressing the shocks. I have been driving on these parts now for six weeks and they ride like OEM parts.I would buy these again.

Replaced original struts that were shot at 90,000 miles like new. Ride is so much better. Parts were reasonably priced and took about 90 minutes to replace in my home garage.

OEM replacement. 80 mins to replace both front shocks...at home, on the ground, with only basic tools. Plenty of videos online as a guide. While you're under there do the sway bar links and sway bar bushings. Ride is back to brand new.
