Thank you for your review, As advertised on the website. Part number RF28070004 is mainly the strut that is a part of an assembly not the whole assembly itself. As for the refund. According to our records it was credited and we sent emails regarding the posting time frame as well. Please let us know if there's anything else we might assist you with. Our products are sourced globally from only OES (Original Equipment Suppliers) that comply with QS 9000 / ISO 9000 / ISO 14000-1 / TS16949 standards. A majority of these suppliers are located in Taiwan.

This set of shock absorbers is only for the All-Wheel Drive (AWD) and will not fit the Front-Wheel Drive (FWD).
