Question: This is described as a loaded strut. Others available for less cost are not loaded. What’s the difference?Jim R. / Sep 10, 2020
Hi Jim, The loaded strut comes with coil spring already with upper mounts assembled together as one whole piece ready to be installed by your mechanic. While the non loaded type comes with the basic strut assembly without coil spring installed, an automotive shop or your dealership is the best option to assemble it with the right tools they have.
