Question: I have some steering noise when I turn the wheel and also wen turning the wheel back to straight. Only at low speeds when making sharp direction changes like backing out of parking spot or turning a sharp corner slowly, I also hear the same type of noise when going over dips but not as bad as when the car is turning, I have a 2008 535xi sedan, wondering if this would fit and if this part could possibly be the culprit?Jarrett G. / Mar 27, 2021

There are plenty of possible causes to the issue. We highly recommend that a certified mechanic diagnose the vehicle to pinpoint what part needs replacement.

Answered by Aldrin P. / Sat, Mar 27I don't think that's the part of the problem. I think it's some part of the control arm, tie rod or sway bar. My sister-in-law had a similar problem and we changed the part that you think it is and the car made the same noise and until we discovered that it was one of the parts of the control arm.
