Do not install on a standard spring setup. They will need to be cut, they are lined for different spring heights. Apply a little grease on the top and put inside of the spring when installing. After spring has seated use long nose pliers to put it in place, run a board under it through the coils and jack that side of the Jeep up and it will pop in place. I used the half way make between the top mark and the second mark and have had the bump stop hit a couple of times on some rough road, so I need to go to the first mark and cut it there. I used a saws all, just be careful and get the ABS lines out of the way.

I purchased these to replace the factory bump stops on the front of my GMC Canyon. They were not very easy to install because of the angles that the ratchet had to be in. The bolt head is inside the polyurethane rubber. I did not have problems with the bolt spinning in the rubber. Overall the product works for what I needed. Time will show the durability.
