Everything was fine, except for the fact that it was missing a 1/2" x 1/2" notch in the base plate where one steel tab was located. The notch that was in the original part allowed the spare tired to be rotated into place so that the screw holes lined up. I had to cut the notch my self (to match the original one) to facilitate the installation.

Not hard at all. Replaces original part, a couple of bolts and it is in. Does not have "spare key" on end, just uses the end of the jack rod.
